- standard thermoplastics, e.g. PE, PP, PS, TPE, etc.
- liquid silicon rubber
- thermoplastics with filler content of < 10 %
Battalloy AK+ material
Recommended for processing of:
- engineering thermoplastics with filler content > 10 %, e.g. PA66+glass fiber, PBT+glass fiber, etc.
- high-performance thermoplastics with processing temperature > 350° C, e.g. LCP, PEI, PPS, etc.
- corrosive thermoplastics, e.g. POM, ABS
- thermoplastics that tend to adhere, e.g. PC
Battalloy K++ material
Recommended for processing of:
- fluoro polymers, e.g. PFA, PVDF, etc.
Battcoat Y material
Recommended for processing of:
- transparent thermoplastics for parts where excellent surface finish is required, esp. PC
- thermoplastics which tend to adhere on the screw surface
