The proven Battenfeld tele service system used by approximately 700 machines connected to the worldwide network has been further strengthened by going online. As of now, the Battenfeld web service center for UNILOG B6 will be available to all our customers. This means that our experienced service engineers are directly connected to your machine via the Internet. Simultaneous online consultation using multiple experts is now common in challenging cases.With a Battenfeld web service contract, you can be assured of higher productivity and long-term preservation of the value of your machinery.
