The German headquarters of Battenfeld with more than 100 employees is located in Meinerzhagen. Our teams of service engineers and sales experts have established their bases close to our customers in Germany. Such personal attention ensures short distances and fast solutions. Several machines from our entire product range are permanently available in the Battenfeld technical lab for demonstrations, specification tests and assistance with application technology. Symposia with our specialists and technology partners on various subjects also take place here on a regular basis. Battenfeld application engineers are available to support our customers in the realization of complex projects. The Battenfeld spare parts depot with a total storage area of 4,000 m² carries stocks of original spare parts for all machines shipped to customers during the last few decades. The Battenfeld service network operates with regional teams who are each responsible for a certain group of customers.
